Iglu & Hartly: five young men from Los Angeles who caused a riot at this years SXSW festival.Their huge synth pop anthems ensured people spilling out of every venue they played in Austin.

London based indie label Another Music = Another Kitchen will release the debut single Violent & Young on June 2nd, supported by a string of UK live shows.

With songs so addictive they will stick in your head like a limpet mine, it seems likely Iglu & Hartly will become the sound of this years summer.

Currently recording their debut album with Mark Needham (The Killers, Bloc Party, Fleetwood Mac) the band combine 80s synth and dance beats with on-point rap lyrics and enormous hooks. Live, Iglu & Hartly are the party - this is the sound of arms aloft euphoria, sambucca shots and sweaty bodies.

At last, pop music its ok to like.
